After graduating Lina begins her career at a social and sustainable innovation agency. Here, they work on smart solutions for a changing world — from circular product concepts to neighbourhood-based participation projects.
The way of working aligns seamlessly with how Lina was trained.
During her studies she learned to work project-based, think independently, deal with uncertainty, and keep asking questions again and again. That open mindset helps her adapt to whatever arises — while still staying on course. Working with diverse teams feels completely natural to her. So does thinking in terms of possibilities rather than problems.
The office is a place Lina enjoys cycling to every week. Of course she also works from home one or two days a week — so she doesn’t have to stress about being on time to pick up her children from school. But the real magic happens at the office. Not only because of her colleagues and clients, but because of the environment itself.
At the heart of the open workspace lies a green oasis full of plants, from tiny leaves to towering tropical varieties. This oasis is visible from every corner and creates connection.
The workspaces match the tasks at hand: quiet zones, meeting areas, phone booths with acoustic walls, and comfortable flexible desks with height-adjustable tables. The view over the city is spectacular.
The materials used are honest and warm: walnut wood, recycled textiles, reused steel, biobased materials. Everything expresses the company’s sustainable mission. Even the carpet is circular.
